About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack), you’ll build and scale core product capabilities across a Vue.js web app, TypeScript/Node.js services, and React Native mobile. You’ll own work end-to-end—designing, shipping, monitoring and iterating—while helping the platform scale from thousands to millions of executions and transactions. You’ll also contribute to how the team builds software: mentoring, setting standards, and shaping technical direction.


What You’ll Be Doing

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and mobile
• Design for performance, reliability and scale on cloud-native infrastructure (GCP-focused)
• Improve developer velocity through strong engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, observability)
• Work closely with product and customer-facing teams to solve complex, real-world constraints
• Mentor and uplift others via pairing, reviews and clear communication in a high-trust environment
• Participate in a compensated on-call rotation and help strengthen incident readiness

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years building and shipping production software in full-stack roles
• Strong backend skills in TypeScript + Node.js
• Frontend experience with Vue.js (or strong transferable React/Angular experience)
• Cloud experience (GCP ideal; AWS/Azure welcome) and comfort with modern DevOps workflows
• Database/search exposure (e.g., Firestore/Spanner/Elasticsearch or equivalents)
• Strong ownership mindset: you care about outcomes, quality and the customer experience
• Clear communicator who enjoys collaboration and mentoring
