About the Role This is a senior
individual contributor role where you will
own product design across the platform. As the company’s dedicated designer, you’ll lead UX and UI from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product experiences and elevate design quality across the business.
You’ll have the autonomy to define design standards, influence product direction, and ensure every feature delivers real value to users.
Skills & Experience - 8+ years’ experience in Product Design (UX/UI)
- Strong user-centred design and research capability
- High-fidelity UI design expertise (Figma or equivalent)
- Experience designing AI-enabled products or features
- Proven collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions
- Experience establishing or evolving design systems and design practices
