About You:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong technical foundation and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions. You have significant experience working with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components, as well as an understanding of agile methodologies.
You excel at engaging with senior stakeholders and can clearly articulate how technical solutions align with broader business goals. A product-focused mindset is crucial, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering value to customers. Your ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, growing team will be key to your success.
A background in software engineering and product development would be incredibly advantageous for this role.
Skills & Experience: - Expertise in Apex, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Agile development experience with a product-focused approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
