About the Role:
The CX/UX Manager will play a key role in designing and delivering seamless, customer-focused experiences across digital tools and in-person advice services. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to advocate for user needs and implement intuitive solutions. This is an opportunity to establish and lead a CX/UX function in a growing, forward-thinking organisation.
About You:
You are a creative and user-focused CX/UX professional with a strong background in research, strategy, and design. You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and have a passion for enhancing the customer journey. Data-driven and empathetic, you’re skilled in turning insights into actionable designs that solve real problems.
Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of CX/UX design experience in product development.
- Strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and design thinking.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Experience in agile development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Familiarity with KiwiSaver or financial products and analytics tools.
