What You'll Be Doing: - Develop and maintain high-performing backend services using .NET Core and C#.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting high-quality coding standards.
- Design robust, secure, and scalable applications hosted in AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and products.
- Perform code reviews and write thorough documentation.
- Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and CI/CD practices.
- Support platform incidents and contribute to continuous improvements.
What You Bring: - 8+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proven expertise in backend development using .NET Core / C#.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services and containerization (ECS, Kubernetes).
- Strong skills in Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework).
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and message queuing systems (e.g., SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and collaborate effectively.
- Bonus: Exposure to PHP and caching technologies like Redis.
