About the Role:

Growth Operations Specialist to lead and optimise growth systems, manage workflows, execute experiments, and deliver creative marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Systematise and execute growth strategies for innovative projects and clients.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Intercom, and Mixpanel is a plus.

Work Environment:
Candidates based in Auckland or nearby regions (Hamilton, Whangarei, etc.) are preferred, with the flexibility to work remotely. Ideally, you’ll be available for in-person team sessions a few times a week.
