About the Role:

We are seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to lead and optimise growth systems, manage workflows, execute experiments, and deliver creative marketing campaigns. This hybrid role blends operational management with creative problem-solving, offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Systematise and execute growth strategies for innovative projects and clients.
  • Manage workflows and ensure smooth operations for marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Analyse data and design experiments to optimise performance.
  • Collaborate to create impactful campaigns and engaging content.
  • Develop scalable playbooks for long-term growth and success.
  • Utilise cutting-edge tools and methodologies in a hybrid working environment.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in growth marketing or operations roles.
  • Strong organisational and system management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with an empathetic approach to user experience.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and funnel optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Intercom, and Mixpanel is a plus.

Work Environment:

Candidates based in Auckland or nearby regions (Hamilton, Whangarei, etc.) are preferred, with the flexibility to work remotely. Ideally, you’ll be available for in-person team sessions a few times a week.
