About the Role
Our client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to run support and help customers when they get stuck. You’ll respond to support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through solutions while ensuring every customer has a great experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and learning how SaaS platforms work.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in a similar role is a SaaS or technology environment 
    Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems
  • Ability to prioritise and manage support requests
  • Empathy and patience when helping customers
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
