About the Role Our client is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to help customers successfully onboard and use the platform. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their systems, help structure and import data, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This role sits between the customer success and engineering teams, helping translate technical concepts into practical outcomes. Skills & Experience
Experience working with data, systems or technical support
Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity around how systems work
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Experience with SQL, Power BI, or data visualisation tools (ideal)
Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
Experience in SaaS, support engineering or technical consulting
Comfortable working directly with customers
